The Free plan provides limited access to the Service, including one workboard and basic fretboard visualization features. Free plan features may be modified at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Lifetime Access purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including custom workboards, saved chord configurations, and progression arrangements. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Chords and voicings generated by the AI Chord Generator are provided for your personal use. You may use AI-generated content in your musical compositions without restriction. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated output.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AuralFret and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase (authentication and data storage) and LemonSqueezy (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For Lifetime Access holders, we commit to providing core functionality or a prorated refund if the Service is permanently discontinued.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CHORD VOICINGS, SCALE PATTERNS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURALFRET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuralFret and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
